Blake Watson is a Realtor licensed in Tennessee and Georgia with Epique Realty. Raised in Chattanooga, Blake knows the region well. After graduating from Chattanooga Central High School, he went on to graduate from the University of Georgia. Music and marketing are two of his biggest passions. His career kicked off with his first job as a DJ at KZ-106 in Chattanooga. Since then, He worked at various radio and TV stations across the South, including 96 Rock in Atlanta, Rock 103.5 WIMZ in Knoxville, FOX Chattanooga, and NewsChannel 9 here in Chattanooga. Blake has been a partner in a video production company and he ran his own advertising agency, Watson Advertising.

Before becoming a full-time Realtor, Blake spent over twenty years buying, selling, rehabbing, and renting houses in Northwest Georgia and Chattanooga. Now, he gets to help others find their perfect home or sell their property across this beautiful region. Blake lives in Ringgold, GA with his wife Leigh, their two kids, and their dog. He even raises goats on their family farm! Blake is deeply involved in his community and church, and he loves celebrating everything the Chattanooga area has to offer.
